  • Whether the purchase is for a single recipient or multiple receipients
  • The recipient's name + shipping address
  • A personal message to include 
  • What the occasion is

03  The first Collection ships the next available cycle

  • WHAT EXACTLY DOES SHE RECEIVE?
    Every month a curated envelope arrives at her door with a personal letter, one food recipe, one drink recipe, four ritual cards, and two solo date invitations — one at home, one out in the world.
  • DO I NEED HER ADDRESS RIGHT NOW?
    No. After checkout you'll receive an email with a link to submit her shipping address and any special details.
  • WHAT IF I WANT TO GIFT TO MORE THAN ONE PERSON?
    Select the quantity of gifts you'd like to order on the checkout form. After checkout, you'll receive a confirmation email with the link to submit all shipping addresses.
  • WHEN WILL HER FIRST COLLECTION ARRIVE?
    Her first Collection ships the next available cycle mailed out on the 24th of each month. Orders and gift forms must be completed by the 22nd to ship that month.
  • CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONAL MESSAGE?
    Yes — the gift form asks for your message and we'll include it with her Collection.
  • CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES AFTER PURCHASE?
    Email us at support@bankedandbalanced.com and we'll do our best to help if the order hasn't shipped yet.
  • DOES SHE NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO RECEIVE IT?
    No, nothing. It just arrives.
